PRODUCT WARRANTY

HIBERNIA WOOLEN MILLS has specific standards requiring premium wool carpet fiber and yarn spinning criteria. Throughout the production process, our carpet is tested to exceed all quality standards set for wool carpeting.

HIBERNIA WOOLEN MILLS will warrant our products for defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We warranty that our production carpet will match our selling samples within normal trade standards for wool carpeting.

HIBERNIA WOOL fiber is a product of nature and as with all natural products, deviation in texture and color may occur from lot to lot. Where exact color match is required, please advise our customer service department and we will forward a cutting from actual production for customer approval prior to shipment.

Proper maintenance will insure superior performance and lasting beauty for HIBERNIA carpeting. "Shedding" is a normal condition with newly installed wool carpeting and will dissipate with proper maintenance procedures. Please refer to the WOOL CARPET CARE section for proper maintenance information.

This warranty is for residential use only and excludes stairs. Chair mats are recommended under chairs with roller casters. Labor charges are not included in this warranty.

Material that is cut or installed with an obvious defect is not included in this warranty. The carpet installer is responsible for proper carpet inspection prior to cutting and installing the carpet.
